FENTY x PUMA

So this happened!!! On Monday in Paris Riri released the next instalment of footwear of her collaboration with Puma, and in true Rihanna form it totally KICKED ASS!! Now my favourites had to be the boots worn beautifully by one of my fave models Leomie Anderson, against a library scene and locker backdrop. Rihanna was sure to be playful with her plaids and school uniform collection and she couldn't have pulled it off any better. This collaboration has been going for 3 seasons now and shows no signs of stopping, FENTY X PUMA is a match made in heaven. Go on have a scroll!

Recently the rise of the sock and the open toe shoe combi or the sock with any shoe be it a dainty heel or trainer have become - with stealth might I add the new fashion trend hitting the streets and I say with stealth since it has been quietly bubbling away as a trend and is set to become a hot trend for the next few seasons especially with the launch of Rihanna X Stance socks. I love any accessory that helps add that extra little something to footwear and I think with Rihanna's fashion know how this won't be hard to get right - I absolutely ADORE the fall collection so I leave you with some of the socks and illustrations which I equally love as much!

Denim Desserts by Rihanna

A collaboration that is bound to be an instant sell out is my prediction. I couldn't think of a better partnership, for me there has a been an undercurrent of adoration thats been slowly picking up pace since the release of her song Work, and you simply can't do wrong when you have the god of heels by your side designing your collection. The collection is made up of 6 pieces, aptly named Denim Desserts by Rihanna since the uppers are made from - yep you've guessed it, denim! They are set to be released on May 5th and available in Manolo's London, New York, and Hong Kong stores.

As promised in January, I wanted to document the sneaker game for the ladies who aren't always in heels, or in fact wear sneakers more than heels! I thought what better way to start the sneaker section than featuring girl of the moment Rihanna's Fenty X Puma Release that will take place today at 10 EST (3pm GMT). I must admit I'm having a major fan girl crush on Riri at the moment, especially since the release of her recent single Work which I've had stuck in my head non stop - not to mention the subsequent irresistibly saucy videos she's released too. In another great launch amongst many this week the sneaks are available in black white and red, I've managed to get this only image of the white version (the black version you can view on the puma website) and I must say I'm a fan!
