SHOES of NYC

I've had an obsession with New York ever since I was a teenager, I've made it a life goal to move out there at some point of my life  (I'm willing it into existence!) and thankfully my boyfriend is fully supportive of it too. I can't quite describe the exact allure of NY -  it just has this magnetism about it that draws me in whenever I read or watch anything about the place. I have visited NY twice and both times were completely different experiences - the two things that stayed the same though, was the NY buzz and the fashion forward citizens - the two bits I love most about the city. So of course when I came across Shoes of NYC on Instagram I gave them an instant follow, and while it fed my obsession with NYC it also fed my footwear addiction (as the names suggests) along with new footwear brands to keep up with. Their website also offers you a shopping feature if you see a pair you can't resist! Definitely worth a follow!

I love English Summers (who doesn't) and since it will be rearing its head very soon I thought I would make this post about getting your feet summer ready in the most sort after footwear - Miista. I'm so picky with what I like to wear on my feet in the summer. I don't like my shoes to be heavy, but I love a good wedge for some height (so bulk is inevitable) and I don't like too much open toe, but I like my feet to breath - I mean it is the summer after all! With all these requirements in mind I always find it difficult to find the perfect shoes that I can wear for comfort, all the way through the summer. Shoe Of The Week

They're just lush right? Featured in the Spring 2015 ready to wear show by Nº21 they make the perfect statement. They are also available in a number of muted colours but the gorgeous mustard colour is by far my favourite and most versatile. I have seen them matched up with a number of different outfits by bloggers and fashionistas around the world and I'm completely and utterly in love.
